Recycling Updates – Plastic Bags

Republic Services has notified the City that they will no longer accept any recyclables that are placed in plastic/grocery bags.
All recyclables must be placed in recyclable containers and must not contain any plastic/grocery bags inside the container to avoid contamination fees imposed by Republic Services.
Effective – July 2, 2018
