For the 2021 Picnic Registration, and with safety precautions regarding the COVID-19 Virus, at this time, there will not be an “in person” registration event at the Washington Park Office. Calls will be accepted beginning at 9:00 am on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 724-228-2812.
When a reservation is made, payment of a $100.00 Security Deposit is required to hold the date and location. Fees may be paid via telephone with a credit card at the time of the reservation, or an invoice for the deposit will be mailed to the renter who can send a check or money order by mail. The balance of the invoice would be due one month before the pavilion rental.
ALL RESERVATIONS WILL SCHEDULED BY TELEPHONE, until further notice, for the 2021 Picnic Season.
